No black icon in dock??

Hi,

The instructions for Sophos say that I should have a black icon in my dock (OS 10.5.8) after installation if there is no malware detected.  I don't have an icon in the dock other than the blue one when I launch Sophos.  Why do I not have the black icon?  How do I get it to appear per the instructions ofr using Sophos?

Please re-read the instructions.  They say you should have a black icon on the right hand side of your menu bar, next to the clock and WiFi icons.
