Sophos Free Talk never ever remembers my password. I have to request a reset every time I need to log in here. Does anyone know how to fix that problem? I emailed customer service last week but have received no response.

Hello CALF,
I don't know what you mean by 'I have to request a reset'.
The Login page that appears when you click the Sign in link on the front page of FreeTalk, has a check box option to remember your password.
However, I suspect this is not a forum issue, but is to do with the settings on your computer. It may be connected with your browser settings, for example is it set to remember passwords?

Strange; I know there was another thread on here with the same issue, but I can't find it.
Long story short: make sure you have cookies and javascript enabled for openforum.sophos.com and for sophostools.i.lithium.com. If you don't have cookies enabled for the sophostools site, it won't remember your account information unless you log back in -- and then it will only remember your account info until you context switch.
