I had to remove Sophos so that iTunes can connect to my Airport Exprsee to play music on my stero recievr. Apple balieves that this is a problem with the Sophos Firewall. Is there a way around this?

if you are talking about Sophos Anti-Virus for Mac HE - it has no firewall component. Any messages from iTunes (or Sophos) when you try to start playing?
