Trojan in Outlook archive - don't want to loose archive

I have Trojan Troj/JSRedir-BV that is located in an Outlook Archive on my Mac. if i clean this up will i loose the entire archive?

It probably won't let you clean this up, as it could indeed damage/remove the archive. Best bet is to use Outlook to remove the infected mail from the archive. If you can't/don't want to do that, just leave it as-is... the Javascript redirection is likely dead already, and you won't be accidentally triggering the script in an outlook archive on a Mac.
