cleaning malware manually

Dear forum,

yesterday I downloaded Sophos and run a scan. Two threats were detected, but could not be dealt with: Mal/JavaKC-G count2.val-c4d1b65-67b29686.zip [vmain.class] and count2.val-2f05d85f-270d6414.zip [vmain.class]. The detailed said I had to do this manually, but the path was incomplete and I cannot find were these are on the hard drive to remove them.

/Users/enricacolusso_local/Library/…/v1.0/jar/count2.val-c4d1b65-67b29686.zip [vmain.class]

I have put the name in the finder, to no help.

Could you please advice how to find them and remove them. Also could you please clarify which kind of threat they pose, so I know if I should not access secure sites till the threat is removed.

Many thanks enrica
