Mac desktop with Snow Leopard 10.6.3 has been wiped clean and I want to install Sophos before reinstalling Safari so the computer is not exposed to the internet without protection.
Is it possible to download Sophos to a flash drive via another (Windows) computer, and install it to the Mac via the flash drive?
you can download it to a flash drive, but the installer has to contact the Sophos server to register the product and configure updating thus it needs a working connection.
